La Comisi\u00f3n presenta su balance intermedio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Creado en 2021, el Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia (MRR) es el principal instrumento de financiaci\u00f3n del plan de recuperaci\u00f3n <em>NextGenerationEU<\/em> -724.000 millones de euros- y su objetivo inicial es mitigar las consecuencias econ\u00f3micas de la pandemia de Covid-19 en los Estados miembros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/BdaHW\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desde entonces se han a\u00f1adido otros objetivos al instrumento, entre ellos la financiaci\u00f3n del plan <em>RepowerEU<\/em>, destinado a reducir r\u00e1pidamente la dependencia de los combustibles f\u00f3siles rusos, puesto en marcha tras la invasi\u00f3n rusa de Ucrania.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/JbnKG\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En su revisi\u00f3n intermedia publicada el mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de febrero, la Comisi\u00f3n describe el despliegue de la financiaci\u00f3n del Mecanismo como \u00abbien encaminado\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-29936' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/21\/en-que-punto-se-encuentra-el-plan-europeo-de-recuperacion-la-comision-presenta-su-balance-intermedio\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-29936' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/api\/files\/document\/print\/en\/ip_24_943\/IP_24_943_EN.pdf&quot;&gt;Commission staff working document \u2013 Mid-term evaluation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility&lt;\/a&gt;, 21 de febrero de 2024.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 1 de febrero, se hab\u00edan desembolsado 224 120 millones de euros en el marco del Mecanismo desde 2021 -de los cuales 143 970 millones de euros en subvenciones y 80 150 millones de euros en pr\u00e9stamos&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-29936' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/21\/en-que-punto-se-encuentra-el-plan-europeo-de-recuperacion-la-comision-presenta-su-balance-intermedio\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-29936' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/economy_finance\/recovery-and-resilience-scoreboard\/disbursements.html&quot;&gt;European Commission&lt;\/a&gt;, febrero de 2024.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>-, lo que representa el 55% de los importes previstos en el marco del MRR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n tiene previsto desembolsar \u00abm\u00e1s de 100 000 millones de euros adicionales\u00bb en 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tiene hasta 2026 para efectuar los pagos en el marco del Mecanismo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n alega resultados macroecon\u00f3micos satisfactorios basados en sus ejercicios de modelizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seg\u00fan estos ejercicios de modelizaci\u00f3n, <em>NextGenerationEU<\/em> permitir\u00e1 que el PIB sea un 1,4% superior en 2026 de lo que habr\u00eda sido en ausencia del plan de recuperaci\u00f3n.
