El a\u00f1o pasado, la OTAN estima que Berl\u00edn gast\u00f3 68.100 millones de d\u00f3lares en sus fuerzas armadas, frente a los 56.600 millones de Par\u00eds&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-29891' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/20\/berlin-podria-gastar-hasta-el-35-de-su-pib-en-defensa-en-2024\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-29891' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.nato.int\/nato_static_fl2014\/assets\/pdf\/2023\/7\/pdf\/230707-def-exp-2023-en.pdf&quot;&gt;Defence Expenditure of NATO Countries (2014-2023)&lt;\/a&gt;, OTAN, julio de 2023.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la invasi\u00f3n de Ucrania y la <em>Zeitenwende<\/em> anunciada por Olaf Scholz en su discurso del 27 de febrero de 2022, esta tendencia se ha acelerado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Berl\u00edn es, con diferencia, el mayor contribuyente europeo de ayuda militar a Ucrania, con 17.700 millones de euros de ayuda desde enero de 2022, frente a los 640 millones de Francia, seg\u00fan datos del Instituto de Kiel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las cifras facilitadas por el El\u00edseo y la Bundeskanzleramt con motivo de <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/16\/zelenski-en-paris-y-berlin-se-prepara-europa-para-ayudar-militarmente-a-ucrania-sin-estados-unidos\/\">la firma de los tratados bilaterales de seguridad con Kiev<\/a> la semana pasada ofrecen una imagen m\u00e1s matizada de esta diferencia, que, no obstante, se ampliar\u00e1 en 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Par\u00eds tiene previsto aumentar su ayuda militar total a Ucrania a 3.000 millones de euros este a\u00f1o, frente a los 7.100 millones de Berl\u00edn&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-29891' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/20\/berlin-podria-gastar-hasta-el-35-de-su-pib-en-defensa-en-2024\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-29891' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.bundesregierung.de\/resource\/blob\/992814\/2260158\/d84fa168bdd3747913c4e8618bd196af\/2024-02-16-ukraine-sicherheitsvereinbarung-eng-data.pdf?download=1&quot;&gt;Agreement on security cooperation and long-term support between the Federal Republic of Germany and Ukraine&lt;\/a&gt;\u00a0y\u00a0&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.elysee.fr\/front\/pdf\/elysee-module-22261-fr.pdf&quot;&gt;Accord de coop\u00e9ration en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 entre la France et l\u2019Ukraine&lt;\/a&gt;, 16 de febrero de 2024.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/kxz8B\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En junio de 2022, el Bundestag aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de un fondo especial de 100.000 millones de euros para \u00abinversiones a gran escala\u00bb en la Bundeswehr.
