Un primer proyecto de Constituci\u00f3n presentado por esta Asamblea fue rechazado el 4 de septiembre de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/K3vIN\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En 2020, el proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n que data de la dictadura de Pinochet gan\u00f3 un refer\u00e9ndum con el 78% de los votos, dando luz verde al primer proceso de reescritura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El 4 de septiembre de 2022, sin embargo, el 61,9% de los electores chilenos vot\u00f3 en contra del proyecto de reforma constitucional presentado por la primera Asamblea Constituyente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El proyecto respond\u00eda a una serie de cuestiones que hab\u00edan surgido durante las grandes protestas que estallaron en octubre de 2019, a ra\u00edz del aumento del precio de los billetes de metro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El fracaso del proyecto fue seguido de nuevas elecciones el 7 de mayo de 2023, lo que llev\u00f3 a la formaci\u00f3n de una nueva Asamblea Constituyente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La segunda Asamblea Constituyente entrega hoy su proyecto de Constituci\u00f3n. La poblaci\u00f3n tendr\u00e1 que votar sobre este nuevo borrador en un refer\u00e9ndum el 17 de diciembre. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda resultar dif\u00edcil ganar en las urnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/YGAU3\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A diferencia del primer proyecto, que algunos sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n consideraban muy izquierdista y rupturista con el modelo neoliberal, \u00e9ste ha sido redactado por una Asamblea dominada por la derecha. El Partido Republicano de Jos\u00e9 Antonio Kast, de extrema derecha, result\u00f3 vencedor en las elecciones a la Asamblea Constituyente de mayo de 2023, por delante de la coalici\u00f3n Unidad por Chile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El 20 de septiembre, la Asamblea Constituyente aprob\u00f3, por 33 votos a favor y 17 en contra, un art\u00edculo cuya redacci\u00f3n fue denunciada por la oposici\u00f3n como susceptible de cuestionar el derecho al aborto. La izquierda teme que se cuestione la ley de 2017, que autoriza el aborto en caso de violaci\u00f3n, inviabilidad del feto por razones letales y peligro para la vida de la madre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Asamblea tambi\u00e9n quer\u00eda incluir en la Constituci\u00f3n enmiendas relativas a la expulsi\u00f3n de extranjeros ilegales \u00aba la mayor brevedad posible\u00bb del territorio chileno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El Presidente Gabriel Boric hab\u00eda reconocido que el anterior proceso constitucional fracas\u00f3 en parte porque los distintos bandos \u00abno supieron escucharse\u00bb, lo que dio lugar a un proyecto que se percibi\u00f3 como demasiado divisivo. Tras las elecciones de mayo de 2023, pidi\u00f3 al Partido Republicano que \u00abno cometiera los mismos errores\u00bb que el suyo. Sin embargo, el proyecto de revisi\u00f3n, que se someter\u00e1 a refer\u00e9ndum en diciembre, podr\u00eda ser rechazado de nuevo&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-26018' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/11\/07\/segundo-intento-de-reforma-constitucional-en-chile-la-asamblea-constituyente-entrega-su-proyecto-a-gabriel-boric\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-26018' title='Discurso de Gabriel Boric tras las elecciones del 7 de mayo de 2023, Palacio de la Moneda, Santiago.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/YSnCt\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan un sondeo de Cadem, la mayor\u00eda del electorado (65%) cree en estos momentos que ganar\u00e1 el \u00abno\u00bb, independientemente de su intenci\u00f3n de voto.
