Este mandato del Consejo permitir\u00e1 iniciar las negociaciones con el Parlamento Europeo, cuya posici\u00f3n sobre los cuatro textos del pacto se fij\u00f3 en abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/EDdV6\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo del acuerdo es dotar a los Veintisiete de herramientas jur\u00eddicas para responder a situaciones de \u00abcrisis\u00bb y \u00abfuerza mayor\u00bb, como el aumento del n\u00famero de migrantes y solicitantes de asilo llegados a Europa en 2015-2016 o la pandemia de Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Uni\u00f3n Europea recibi\u00f3 casi 900.000 primeras solicitudes de asilo el a\u00f1o pasado, la cifra m\u00e1s alta de los \u00faltimos seis a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mismo tiempo, Frontex ha registrado un aumento del n\u00famero de personas que cruzan ilegalmente las fronteras de la Uni\u00f3n desde 2018.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La mayor\u00eda de ellas llegan a Italia, Grecia y Espa\u00f1a. En septiembre,<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/09\/29\/cartografiar-comprender-la-migracion-mundial-en-tiempos-de-guerra-en-ucrania-10-puntos\/\"> la llegada a Lampedusa de 7.000 migrantes<\/a> en el espacio de dos d\u00edas provoc\u00f3 la saturaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones de acogida de la isla, lo que llev\u00f3 a las autoridades locales a declarar el estado de emergencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/47sqK\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es el tipo de situaci\u00f3n a la que pretende hacer frente el acuerdo alcanzado ayer.
