Esto reduce el costo de la propiedad, pero tiene un efecto negativo en la oferta de viviendas de alquiler.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/IkUWT\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seg\u00fan datos de Eurostat, los precios de la vivienda cayeron un 1.5% en el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2022. Las mayores ca\u00eddas se registraron en Dinamarca y Alemania, donde los precios de la vivienda bajaron un 6.5% y un 5%, respectivamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El aumento de los alquileres y el peso significativo que representan en el gasto de los hogares -un fen\u00f3meno principalmente urbano, seg\u00fan Eurostat- pesa especialmente sobre los j\u00f3venes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/c93M2\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En Europa del Este, la guerra en Ucrania y la llegada de refugiados ucranianos han provocado una fuerte subida de los alquileres por efecto del mercado, sobre todo en los pa\u00edses b\u00e1lticos y Polonia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alemania y Polonia son los pa\u00edses europeos que acogen al mayor n\u00famero de refugiados ucranianos (con 1.1 millones y 968 mil refugiados respectivamente, seg\u00fan las \u00faltimas estimaciones del Alto Comisionado para los Refugiados); Estonia y la Rep\u00fablica Checa son los pa\u00edses que acogen a m\u00e1s refugiados en porcentaje de su poblaci\u00f3n, con un 3.5% y un 5% respectivamente.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/4UeKl\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con Estados Unidos, en promedio, los j\u00f3venes europeos abandonan m\u00e1s tarde el hogar familiar. Los pa\u00edses del sur y el este de la UE tienen la edad media m\u00e1s alta para dejar el hogar, tendencia que se mantiene estable desde hace varios a\u00f1os. La edad media de partida del hogar familiar en toda la Uni\u00f3n se ha mantenido estable desde 2012: entre 26.2 y 26.5 a\u00f1os. En Estados Unidos, seg\u00fan datos de la Oficina del Censo para 2021, uno de cada tres adultos de entre 18 y 34 a\u00f1os vive en casa de sus padres.
