Aunque se espera que Kiev lance una contraofensiva -cuya magnitud a\u00fan est\u00e1 por determinar-, en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas se ha informado de que las tropas ucranianas han establecido posiciones en la orilla oriental del Dni\u00e9per.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El 21 de abril, el Institute for the Study of War (ISW) transmiti\u00f3 fuentes rusas que indican la presencia continuada de fuerzas ucranianas en las zonas pantanosas del cauce del Dni\u00e9per, frente a Kherson&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-16201' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/04\/27\/en-kherson-las-fuerzas-ucranianas-se-establecen-de-forma-mas-permanente-en-la-orilla-oriental-del-dnieper\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-16201' title='Kateryna Stepanenko, Riley Bailey, Grace Mappes y Frederick W. Seg\u00fan algunas fuentes, las unidades ucranianas llevar\u00edan varias semanas estacionadas all\u00ed y podr\u00edan obtener suministros de la orilla occidental (bajo control de Kiev).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/e8II5\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la toma de la ciudad en noviembre, los ucranianos han seguido llevando a cabo operaciones a peque\u00f1a escala para atacar dep\u00f3sitos de municiones rusos y otros objetivos t\u00e1cticos en la orilla oriental del Dni\u00e9per. En las semanas siguientes se lanz\u00f3 una operaci\u00f3n anfibia contra Kinbourn Point (en el golfo de Dniprovska) y posiciones rusas (especialmente en Oleshky) fueron blanco de ataques ucranianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque estas actividades recientes no son nuevas, coinciden con un deterioro del estado de las posiciones rusas en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mientras que la artiller\u00eda rusa hizo imposible establecer ninguna posici\u00f3n ucraniana durante varios d\u00edas en la isla de Velyki Potemkin, un oficial de la regi\u00f3n de Kherson afirm\u00f3 que las tropas ucranianas hab\u00edan \u00abmantenido su presencia en la zona durante las dos \u00faltimas semanas\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-16201' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/04\/27\/en-kherson-las-fuerzas-ucranianas-se-establecen-de-forma-mas-permanente-en-la-orilla-oriental-del-dnieper\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-16201' title='Ian Lovett y Ann M. El oto\u00f1o pasado, Kiev hab\u00eda anunciado que quer\u00eda tomar Kherson, s\u00f3lo para llevar a cabo un asalto sorpresa en la regi\u00f3n de Kharkiv.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Tu1J5\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Todav\u00eda es demasiado pronto para afirmar que estos movimientos ucranianos son algo m\u00e1s que reconocimientos y ataques a objetivos concretos que no auguran un cambio importante en la l\u00ednea del frente en la regi\u00f3n de Kherson. Sin embargo, estos movimientos s\u00ed indican cambios en el equilibrio de poder en zonas donde los enfrentamientos directos entre las fuerzas ucranianas y rusas son mucho menos intensos que en el este del pa\u00eds.
