As\u00ed, para 2025, el parque de veh\u00edculos de particulares y furgonetas deber\u00e1 haber reducido sus emisiones un 15% respecto a su nivel de 2021. Para 2030, los objetivos son del 37,5% para los turismos y del 31% para las furgonetas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ley tambi\u00e9n fija umbrales de emisiones por veh\u00edculo (95 g de CO\u2082\/km para turismos y 147 g de CO\u2082\/km para veh\u00edculos comerciales ligeros) y un impuesto sobre el carbono para las empresas cuyas emisiones superen los umbrales fijados (95 euros por g\/km de exceso, multiplicado por el n\u00famero de empleados de la flota), ampliando as\u00ed al transporte por carretera el mercado europeo del carbono ya existente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/a02Rz\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo alcanzado el martes&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-15307' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/03\/30\/en-2035-dejaran-de-venderse-en-europa-vehiculos-con-motor-de-combustion\/#easy-footnote-bottom-3-15307' title='El &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/oeil.secure.europarl.europa.eu\/oeil\/popups\/printficheglobal.pdf?id=728320&amp;amp;l=en&quot;&gt;proyecto de ley&lt;\/a&gt; est\u00e1 disponible en el sitio web de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.'><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span> sobre el fin de los veh\u00edculos t\u00e9rmicos para 2035 modifica el reglamento 2019\/631, elevando el objetivo intermedio de reducci\u00f3n de emisiones a 2030 (-55% para turismos, -50% para veh\u00edculos comerciales), lo que obligar\u00e1 a los fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles a acelerar la venta de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>S\u00f3lo el 1% del parque automovil\u00edstico europeo est\u00e1 formado por veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos; uno de los obst\u00e1culos a su transici\u00f3n es el n\u00famero a\u00fan escaso de estaciones de recarga. La Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de Fabricantes de Autom\u00f3viles se hab\u00eda fijado el objetivo de construir 6.000 puntos por semana entre 2021 y 2030 para cumplir los compromisos del Green Deal; Francia s\u00f3lo est\u00e1 construyendo 400 por semana, Alemania 600.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seg\u00fan la Agencia Internacional de la Energ\u00eda&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-4-15307' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/03\/30\/en-2035-dejaran-de-venderse-en-europa-vehiculos-con-motor-de-combustion\/#easy-footnote-bottom-4-15307' title='\u00ab&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.iea.org\/reports\/global-ev-outlook-2022&quot;&gt;Global EV Outlook 2022&lt;\/a&gt;\u00bb, Agencia Internacional de la Energ\u00eda, mayo de 2022.'><sup>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>, las ventas de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos en Europa deber\u00edan alcanzar el 40% en 2030, de acuerdo con las pol\u00edticas ya aplicadas; el cumplimiento de los compromisos clim\u00e1ticos deber\u00eda elevarlas al 50%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2021, el 21% de los coches y furgonetas nuevos matriculados eran el\u00e9ctricos. Ese mismo a\u00f1o se vendieron en la Uni\u00f3n Europea 1,6 millones de veh\u00edculos h\u00edbridos o el\u00e9ctricos, de los cuales un mill\u00f3n en Francia y Alemania, lo que representa el 10% y el 14% de las ventas totales de veh\u00edculos en estos pa\u00edses, respectivamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Ak6fJ\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La producci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n en 2021 fue de 12,1 millones de veh\u00edculos (15,3% de la producci\u00f3n mundial), de los cuales 9,9 millones eran turismos. El sector emplea a 2,6 millones de personas en la industria (8,5% del empleo industrial europeo), y a 12,7 millones si se incluyen los servicios (6,6% del empleo europeo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los principales fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles que operan en Europa se han comprometido a electrificar la mayor\u00eda de sus ventas entre 2030 y 2035.
