{"id":14247,"date":"2023-02-24T14:17:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T14:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=14247"},"modified":"2023-02-24T18:11:26","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T18:11:26","slug":"entender-el-voto-en-las-naciones-unidas-del-23-de-febrero-de-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/02\/24\/entender-el-voto-en-las-naciones-unidas-del-23-de-febrero-de-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Entender el voto en las Naciones Unidas del 23 de febrero de 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ayer, 141 pa\u00edses votaron a favor de una resoluci\u00f3n que pide la retirada inmediata, completa y sin condiciones de todas las fuerzas militares rusas del territorio ucraniano dentro de las fronteras internacionalmente reconocidas del pa\u00eds. 32 pa\u00edses se abstuvieron, 7 votaron en contra y 12 no participaron en la votaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/sXT08\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hubo relativamente pocos cambios entre la votaci\u00f3n del 23 de febrero de 2023 y la del 2 de marzo de 2022 sobre una resoluci\u00f3n de condena de la invasi\u00f3n rusa de Ucrania.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin embargo, cabe destacar varios cambios: Mali vot\u00f3 en contra de la resoluci\u00f3n de ayer, mientras que el pa\u00eds se hab\u00eda abstenido en la votaci\u00f3n del 2 de marzo de 2022.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nicaragua tambi\u00e9n vot\u00f3 ayer en contra (tras haberse abstenido en marzo de 2022), Surinam se abstuvo pese a haber votado a favor el 2 de marzo de 2022, y Marruecos vot\u00f3 a favor pese a no haber participado en la votaci\u00f3n de condena de la invasi\u00f3n rusa de Ucrania el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rabat mostr\u00f3 su apoyo militar a Ucrania en diciembre de 2022 y enero de 2023 anunciando la entrega de piezas de repuesto para los tanques T-72 utilizados por el ej\u00e9rcito ucraniano, as\u00ed como entregando directamente 20 tanques T-72B reacondicionados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/nFCeg\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed pues, el apoyo a Ucrania ha cambiado relativamente poco durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de guerra. Una gran mayor\u00eda de pa\u00edses (141 de 193) muestran su apoyo a Kiev, mientras que s\u00f3lo 7 se oponen abiertamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/BSH5f\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aparte de China e India, son principalmente los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s desarrollados los que muestran su apoyo a Ucrania (el bloque occidental, pero tambi\u00e9n Brasil, M\u00e9xico e Indonesia).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/aERkh\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sin embargo, la mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial vive en un pa\u00eds que se abstuvo en la votaci\u00f3n (51,4%). Sumando los pa\u00edses que se abstuvieron, votaron en contra o no participaron en la votaci\u00f3n, gobiernos que representan el 55,9% de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial decidieron no oponerse frontalmente a Mosc\u00fa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As\u00ed pues, los partidarios de Kiev representan el 44,1% de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial, pero el 72,1% de la riqueza mundial en t\u00e9rminos de PIB.
