Se estima en 38.000 millones de d\u00f3lares para el a\u00f1o 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seg\u00fan el Fondo Monetario Internacional, la econom\u00eda ucraniana se contrajo un 30% en 2022. La inflaci\u00f3n, aunque elevada, se situ\u00f3 en torno al 25%, una tasa bastante baja para un pa\u00eds en guerra.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para 2023, el banco central ucraniano espera un crecimiento del PIB del 0,3%, pero los ataques rusos a infraestructuras cr\u00edticas podr\u00edan debilitar esta previsi\u00f3n. En 2024 se espera una recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-14186' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/02\/22\/ayuda-macrofinanciera-a-ucrania-un-ano-despues-del-inicio-del-conflicto\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-14186' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/bank.gov.ua\/en\/news\/all\/natsionalniy-bank-prognozuye-znijennya-inflyatsiyi-v-tsomu-rotsi-ta-povnotsinne-vidnovlennya-ekonomiki-z-2024-roku--inflyatsiyniy-zvit&quot;&gt;NBU Forecasts Lower Inflation in 2023 and a Full-Fledged Economic Recovery from 2024 \u2013 Inflation Report&lt;\/a&gt;, Banco Nacional de Ucrania, 2 de febrero 2023.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para financiar su presupuesto en 2022, el gobierno ha recurrido principalmente a los bonos de guerra emitidos por el Ministerio de Finanzas y el banco central, que desde el comienzo de la invasi\u00f3n ha adquirido t\u00edtulos por un valor total de 30.000 millones de jrivnia (767 millones de euros).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/X5GPl\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n desempe\u00f1a un papel clave el apoyo exterior, que ser\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s central en el contexto de una <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/12\/12\/la-larga-guerra-de-ucrania\/\">larga guerra,<\/a> pero tambi\u00e9n en la perspectiva de la reconstrucci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds. Entre el 24 de enero de 2022 y el 15 de enero de 2023, Ucrania recibir\u00e1 una ayuda macrofinanciera de 64.160 millones de euros en forma de pr\u00e9stamos y subvenciones. La mayor parte (47% del total) procede de las instituciones europeas -a trav\u00e9s de ayuda macrofinanciera (AM y AM+) y pr\u00e9stamos del Banco Europeo de Inversiones-, seguidas de Estados Unidos (39% del total).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/u68ag\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hasta el 15 de enero de 2023 se hab\u00edan desembolsado 12 850 millones de euros, es decir, el 42% del importe total comprometido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el marco del instrumento europeo de ayuda macrofinanciera (AMF+), la Uni\u00f3n se ha comprometido a proporcionar un apoyo financiero de 18 000 millones de euros durante 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tras un desembolso inicial de 3.000 millones de euros el 17 de enero de 2023, se espera que Kiev reciba 1.500 millones de euros al mes. Este apoyo, en forma de pr\u00e9stamos, deber\u00e1 reembolsarse en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 35 a\u00f1os a partir de 2033&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-14186' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/02\/22\/ayuda-macrofinanciera-a-ucrania-un-ano-despues-del-inicio-del-conflicto\/#easy-footnote-bottom-3-14186' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/ip_23_228&quot;&gt;Commission disburses first \u20ac3 billion to Ukraine of the up to \u20ac18 billion Macro-financial Assistance+ package&lt;\/a&gt;, Comisi\u00f3n Europea, 17 de enero 2023.'><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.
