Tambi\u00e9n se reforzar\u00e1n las interconexiones el\u00e9ctricas entre Espa\u00f1a, Francia y Alemania&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-13211' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/01\/24\/alemania-se-dispone-a-desempenar-un-papel-central-en-la-arquitectura-energetica-europea\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-13211' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.elysee.fr\/emmanuel-macron\/2023\/01\/22\/declaration-conjointe-conseil-des-ministres-franco-allemand&quot;&gt;Declaraci\u00f3n conjunta &amp;#8211; Consejo de Ministros franco-alem\u00e1n&lt;\/a&gt;, Eliseo, 22 de enero 2023.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En concreto, Francia servir\u00e1 de punto de tr\u00e1nsito para el hidr\u00f3geno verde, que se producir\u00e1 en la Pen\u00ednsula Ib\u00e9rica y luego se transportar\u00e1 de Barcelona a Marsella. A\u00fan no se sabe qu\u00e9 ciudad de Alemania estar\u00e1 conectada a esta \u00faltima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se ha anunciado la creaci\u00f3n de una empresa conjunta entre la alemana Siemens Energy y el grupo franc\u00e9s Air Liquide para la construcci\u00f3n de una planta ecol\u00f3gica de producci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en Port-Jerome (Normand\u00eda), con una capacidad de 200 MW&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-13211' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/01\/24\/alemania-se-dispone-a-desempenar-un-papel-central-en-la-arquitectura-energetica-europea\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-13211' title='\u00ab &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.tagesschau.de\/wirtschaft\/wasserstoffleitung-deutschland-frankreich-101.html&quot;&gt;Pipeline soll Spanien mit Deutschland verbinden&lt;\/a&gt; \u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Tagesschau&lt;\/em&gt;, 23 de enero 2023.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/g4h1w\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de desarrollar las interconexiones H2med y el\u00e9ctricas se reafirm\u00f3 en <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/01\/19\/tratado-de-barcelona-texto-integral\/\">el Tratado de Barcelona<\/a>, firmado entre Francia y Espa\u00f1a el 19 de enero. El coste de la parte franco-espa\u00f1ola del proyecto se estima en 2.500 millones de euros, m\u00e1s la conexi\u00f3n de Marsella con Alemania. Se espera que el proyecto reciba financiaci\u00f3n europea en el marco del programa de Proyectos de Inter\u00e9s Com\u00fan (PCI)&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-13211' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/01\/24\/alemania-se-dispone-a-desempenar-un-papel-central-en-la-arquitectura-energetica-europea\/#easy-footnote-bottom-3-13211' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.lamoncloa.gob.es\/lang\/en\/gobierno\/news\/paginas\/2022\/20221216_h2med-green-hydrogen-hub.aspx&quot;&gt;H2Med application submitted as an EU Project of Common Interest&lt;\/a&gt;, La Moncloa, 16 de diciembre 2022.'><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se crear\u00e1 un grupo de trabajo ministerial sobre el hidr\u00f3geno, cuyas \u00abconclusiones y recomendaciones sobre las opciones estrat\u00e9gicas para el desarrollo del hidr\u00f3geno\u00bb deber\u00e1n presentarse antes de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sigue habiendo diferencias entre Par\u00eds y Berl\u00edn en cuanto a lo que puede considerarse hidr\u00f3geno \u00abverde\u00bb. Francia quiere utilizar la energ\u00eda nuclear para producir hidr\u00f3geno descarbonizado, mientras que Alemania considera que debe producirse a partir de energ\u00edas renovables: principalmente e\u00f3lica y solar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A este respecto, se elaborar\u00e1 una \u00abhoja de ruta estrat\u00e9gica conjunta para desarrollar la producci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno a gran escala\u00bb. Par\u00eds y Berl\u00edn velar\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n por que \u00abel hidr\u00f3geno renovable y bajo en carbono pueda tenerse en cuenta en los objetivos de descarbonizaci\u00f3n fijados a escala europea\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/qlt0i\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el inicio de la guerra rusa contra Ucrania y la dr\u00e1stica reducci\u00f3n de los suministros de gas ruso a Europa, Berl\u00edn se ha retirado completamente de las importaciones de gas ruso y ha puesto en marcha dos terminales flotantes para la importaci\u00f3n y regasificaci\u00f3n de gas natural licuado (GNL), en Wilhelmshaven y Lubmin.
