d\u00f3lares (1 bill\u00f3n de yuanes) a principios del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El plan adoptar\u00eda la forma de subvenciones y cr\u00e9ditos fiscales para apoyar la producci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/11\/08\/guerra-tecnologica-10-puntos-sobre-el-semiconductores\/\">semiconductores<\/a> por parte de empresas chinas<em>: NAURA Technology Group, Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc China y Kingsemi,<\/em> entre otras.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>China quiere dar forma al futuro de un sector que tiene un gran d\u00e9ficit comercial pero un mercado interior en crecimiento que representa el 24% de la demanda final mundial de chips.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/oGYpa\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Como confirm\u00f3 el <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/10\/31\/que-ocurrio-en-el-xx-congreso-del-partido-comunista-chino\/\">XX Congreso,<\/a> el poder tecnol\u00f3gico -que incluye la producci\u00f3n nacional de semiconductores- es una cuesti\u00f3n central en la rivalidad chino-estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En el informe del XX Congreso del Partido Comunista Chino, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/10\/22\/el-pensamiento-xi-la-hegemonia-absoluta\/\">la palabra tecnolog\u00eda se menciona 40 veces<\/a>, lo que indica la prioridad que los sectores cient\u00edficos tienen para Xi Jinping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayer, China present\u00f3 un recurso ante la OMC contra Estados Unidos por sus medidas de control de las exportaciones de chips.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Comercio chino, las medidas estadounidenses \u00abamenazar\u00edan la estabilidad de las cadenas mundiales de suministro
