{"id":114803,"date":"2026-10-12T20:05:33","date_gmt":"2026-10-12T18:05:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=114803"},"modified":"2026-10-12T20:05:56","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T18:05:56","slug":"que-hora-es-en-la-luna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/10\/12\/que-hora-es-en-la-luna\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 hora es en la Luna?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ma\u00f1ana, martes 13 de octubre, se inaugura en Versalles la 28.\u00aa Conferencia General de Pesos y Medidas, una asamblea que re\u00fane a 69 Estados miembros y 34 Estados y entidades econ\u00f3micas asociadas, y que se celebra cada cuatro a\u00f1os para tomar decisiones relativas al Sistema Internacional de Unidades y a la medici\u00f3n del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cuesti\u00f3n relativa a la definici\u00f3n de una escala de tiempo lunar de referencia internacional se someter\u00e1 a votaci\u00f3n durante la conferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los Estados miembros de la CGPM debatir\u00e1n y votar\u00e1n un proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n, presentado en enero por el Comit\u00e9 Internacional de Pesos y Medidas, cuyo objetivo es definir una escala de tiempo lunar de referencia \u00fanica e internacional, vinculada al Tiempo Universal Coordinado (UTC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El proyecto de resoluci\u00f3n D, titulado \u00abSobre la definici\u00f3n de una escala de tiempo de referencia lunar internacional y su trazabilidad con respecto al UTC\u00bb, afirma que solo debe existir una escala de tiempo de referencia para la Luna, con el fin de evitar la ambig\u00fcedad que supondr\u00eda la multiplicaci\u00f3n de escalas distintas.&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-114803' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/10\/12\/que-hora-es-en-la-luna\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-114803' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.bipm.org\/documents\/d\/guest\/cgpm-2026-draft-resolutions&quot;&gt;&lt;\/a&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.bipm.org\/documents\/d\/guest\/cgpm-2026-draft-resolutions&quot;&gt;Draft Resolutions of the General Conference on Weights and Measures (28th meeting)&lt;\/a&gt;, BIPM, 13 de julio de 2026.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se basa en el Tiempo-coordenada lunar (TCL), definido en 2024 por la Uni\u00f3n Astron\u00f3mica Internacional, sin imponer, no obstante, esta elecci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/LwLOP\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El tema es tanto f\u00edsico como geopol\u00edtico: el campo gravitatorio m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil de la Luna modifica la forma en que transcurre el tiempo en comparaci\u00f3n con la Tierra; un reloj lunar se adelanta unos 56 microsegundos al d\u00eda. La definici\u00f3n de una escala de tiempo lunar proporcionar\u00eda as\u00ed una referencia cronom\u00e9trica a las naves espaciales lunares y a los sat\u00e9lites, que requieren una precisi\u00f3n extrema para sus misiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tanto Estados Unidos como China se han embarcado en una carrera para enviar tripulaciones a la Luna (a partir de 2028 en el caso de Washington, y antes de 2030 en el de Pek\u00edn) y para iniciar las obras de construcci\u00f3n de infraestructuras con el fin de establecer una presencia lunar permanente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para Washington, la fecha l\u00edmite fijada para 2028 en el marco del programa Artemis es a\u00fan m\u00e1s crucial, ya que coincide con el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o del segundo mandato \u2014y, seg\u00fan la Constituci\u00f3n, el \u00faltimo\u2014 de Trump.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En abril de 2024, bajo la administraci\u00f3n de Biden, la Casa Blanca ya hab\u00eda encargado a la NASA que elaborara, antes de finales de 2026, una estrategia para establecer un sistema de referencia temporal lunar, con vistas a futuras misiones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/VkcDx\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de los riesgos de errores de navegaci\u00f3n asociados al uso de dos sistemas horarios diferentes \u2014una diferencia de tan solo un microsegundo puede falsear la posici\u00f3n en varios cientos de metros\u2014, las posiciones de Pek\u00edn y Washington difieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ambas potencias, ambos miembros de la Oficina Internacional de Pesos y Medidas (BIPM), discrepan, de hecho, sobre la norma que debe regir el tiempo lunar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras que la Casa Blanca ha encargado a la NASA que establezca un \u00abtiempo lunar coordinado\u00bb (LTC), destinado a servir de referencia para su futura red de navegaci\u00f3n LunaNet, China, que no ha adoptado el LTC, ha presentado su propia herramienta, el LTE440.&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-114803' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/10\/12\/que-hora-es-en-la-luna\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-114803' title='Tom Brown, &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.space.com\/astronomy\/moon\/what-time-is-it-on-the-moon-the-us-and-china-disagree&quot;&gt;\u00ab&lt;\/a&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.space.com\/astronomy\/moon\/what-time-is-it-on-the-moon-the-us-and-china-disagree&quot;&gt;What time is it on the moon?
