alcanz\u00f3 los 2.58 mil millones de d\u00f3lares semanales a fecha de 4 de octubre, seg\u00fan la media de las \u00faltimas cuatro semanas, frente a los aproximadamente 900 millones semanales registrados a principios de a\u00f1o \u2014lo que supone un aumento de casi el 200%\u2014, seg\u00fan los datos recopilados por <em>Bloomberg<\/em>&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-114248' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/10\/07\/economia-rusa-ingresos-exportaciones-petroleo-crudo-nivel-mas-alto\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-114248' title='Julian Lee, &lt;a alcanz\u00f3 los 3,8 millones de barriles al d\u00eda a principios de octubre, volviendo al nivel de agosto tras un descenso en septiembre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debido al aumento del precio del barril de Ur\u00e1l, los ingresos que Mosc\u00fa obtiene de la venta de crudo han crecido m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente que la recuperaci\u00f3n de las exportaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/0S09b\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rusia, cuyas infraestructuras energ\u00e9ticas son atacadas con frecuencia por Ucrania, se beneficia de la demanda de la India y China, mientras que los suministros procedentes del Golfo siguen siendo limitados, aunque se est\u00e1n <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/10\/07\/liran-exerce-t-il-toujours-un-controle-sur-le-detroit-dormuz\/\">recuperando<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el aumento de las exportaciones de crudo no es necesariamente una buena noticia para Mosc\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Este aumento se debe a una ca\u00edda de la actividad de refino del pa\u00eds, provocada por los ataques ucranianos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De hecho, la paralizaci\u00f3n de estas infraestructuras obliga a Mosc\u00fa a reorientarse hacia la exportaci\u00f3n de crudo, ya que este ya no puede procesarse en cantidades suficientes en Rusia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Cn0Xc\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el fin de abastecer de combustible al mercado interior, el Gobierno ruso concedi\u00f3 en septiembre la mayor subvenci\u00f3n a las empresas petroleras desde abril de 2022: 305.000 millones de rublos, es decir, 3.200 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Estas ayudas son fundamentales para los productores y refinadores, que se enfrentan a paradas prolongadas de la actividad y a operaciones de reparaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento cada vez m\u00e1s frecuentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin embargo, suponen una gran carga para los ingresos que el Estado obtiene del sector petrolero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde principios de a\u00f1o, el Tesoro ruso ha recaudado 5,47 billones de rublos en ingresos procedentes del petr\u00f3leo y el gas, lo que supone un 17% menos que en el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o pasado, a pesar de que la guerra en Oriente Medio contribuye a mantener el precio del barril en niveles elevados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seg\u00fan los datos del Ministerio de Hacienda, el barril de Ur\u00e1l se sit\u00faa en su nivel m\u00e1s alto desde febrero de 2022, en torno a los 120 d\u00f3lares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desde principios de a\u00f1o, algunos compradores, en particular las refiner\u00edas indias, han adquirido petr\u00f3leo del Ural a un precio superior al del
