href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/09\/16\/ejercito-ucraniano-segunda-contraofensiva-lyman\/\">la operaci\u00f3n \u00abVivaldi\u00bb<\/a>, puesta en marcha en mayo en el sector de Lyman.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No obstante, se observa una clara disminuci\u00f3n del ritmo de crecimiento ruso desde el mes de marzo, que desde entonces se ha mantenido bajo o incluso negativo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por su parte, los datos de Deep State, un grupo de analistas ucranianos, muestran un avance ruso neto de 66 km\u00b2 en septiembre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" 2026.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este se\u00f1ala que las fuerzas ucranianas han logrado \u00abestablecerse en la regi\u00f3n de Dibrova y Ozernoye\u00bb, al norte del r\u00edo Siverskyi Donets, lo que podr\u00eda comprometer la capacidad de Mosc\u00fa para rodear el \u00abcintur\u00f3n de fortalezas\u00bb que une Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk y tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala un avance ruso en el sur de Ucrania. Sin embargo, este avance tiene un costo considerable: el Estado Mayor de las Fuerzas Armadas ucranianas ha contabilizado m\u00e1s de 46.000 bajas rusas durante el mes de septiembre, frente a menos de 32.000 en enero, lo que supone un aumento del 46 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El ej\u00e9rcito ruso ha logrado hist\u00f3ricamente importantes avances durante el oto\u00f1o: avanz\u00f3 730 km\u00b2 en noviembre de 2024 y 505 km\u00b2 en noviembre de 2025, seg\u00fan Deep State.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin embargo, la ca\u00edda del follaje de los \u00e1rboles en oto\u00f1o tiene como consecuencia que las tropas en tierra dispongan de menos cobertura, lo que facilita la labor de los operadores de drones ucranianos a la hora de localizar objetivos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En una nota elaborada por Sberbank y publicada a finales de agosto por el grupo de hackers Black Mirror, el banco estimaba en <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/08\/26\/rusia-solo-tiene-7-de-posibilidades-de-ganar-la-guerra\/\">solo un 7 %<\/a> la probabilidad de una victoria decisiva de Rusia. El documento dec\u00eda: \u00abSin movilizaci\u00f3n, no hay hombres. Sin una soluci\u00f3n al problema de la defensa a\u00e9rea de la retaguardia, continuar\u00e1n los ataques contra las infraestructuras.
