Los l\u00edderes de los principales pa\u00edses contaminantes brillaron por su ausencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/JaqeF\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La misma l\u00f3gica se puso de manifiesto en las delegaciones nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos, pa\u00eds anfitri\u00f3n de la COP 28 que se celebrar\u00e1 en Dubai en noviembre de 2022, fueron los que m\u00e1s representantes enviaron a la COP, con 1.073 delegados (el 38% de los cuales son mujeres).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brasil, Canad\u00e1, as\u00ed como la Rep\u00fablica Democr\u00e1tica del Congo y Kenia tambi\u00e9n enviaron grandes delegaciones, con una media de 400 miembros.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/VaLyp\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3n egipcia, con 155 miembros, es la m\u00e1s numerosa enviada por el pa\u00eds. Por t\u00e9rmino medio, las delegaciones africanas est\u00e1n compuestas por 133 miembros (frente a los 59 de la edici\u00f3n anterior), m\u00e1s que China, India o Alemania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/GUHxD\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, las delegaciones de los Estados insulares y los microestados casi han duplicado su tama\u00f1o en comparaci\u00f3n con Glasgow, pasando de una media de 22 delegados a 36 este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los Estados insulares se encuentran entre los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s expuestos a las consecuencias del cambio clim\u00e1tico, sobre todo por la subida del nivel del mar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/09\/23\/los-paises-mas-vulnerables-al-cambio-climatico-son-los-que-tienen-menos-emisiones-de-co2\/\">Aunque son los m\u00e1s vulnerables, tambi\u00e9n son los menos preparados<\/a>, seg\u00fan el \u00edndice elaborado por la Universidad de Notre Dame&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-10610' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/11\/15\/las-delegaciones-de-la-cop27\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-10610' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/gain.nd.edu\/our-work\/country-index\/&quot;&gt;ND-GAIN Country Index&lt;\/a&gt;, Universidad Notre-Dame.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/WbjE4\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque los datos son provisionales por el momento, parece que la COP de Sharm el-Sheikh est\u00e1 menos concurrida que la de Glasgow, con 33.449 personas presentes frente a las 38.457 del a\u00f1o pasado.
