A juzgar por las declaraciones de responsables estadounidenses e iran\u00edes, as\u00ed como por los informes de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, el memorando de entendimiento incluir\u00eda al menos ocho disposiciones que benefician a Ir\u00e1n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De este modo, Teher\u00e1n consigue el cese de las hostilidades en todos los frentes, el levantamiento del bloqueo estadounidense y una exenci\u00f3n que autoriza la venta de petr\u00f3leo durante 60 d\u00edas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seg\u00fan las distintas versiones difundidas por la prensa iran\u00ed, el memor\u00e1ndum de entendimiento incluir\u00eda tambi\u00e9n el derecho de Ir\u00e1n a \u00abcobrar tasas de servicio mar\u00edtimo por el paso por el estrecho\u00bb, el levantamiento de todas las sanciones de Estados Unidos, la ONU y el OIEA, as\u00ed como el desbloqueo de 25.000 millones de d\u00f3lares de fondos iran\u00edes bloqueados en el extranjero.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con este memorando de entendimiento, el presidente estadounidense consigue, ante todo, una soluci\u00f3n temporal a un problema creado por la guerra: la apertura del estrecho de Ormuz, que estaba abierto al tr\u00e1fico mar\u00edtimo antes del 28 de febrero.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/Ushvu\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En lo que respecta al programa nuclear iran\u00ed, Washington habr\u00eda obtenido por el momento de Teher\u00e1n el compromiso de no adquirir ni desarrollar armas nucleares, as\u00ed como la suspensi\u00f3n de todas sus actividades nucleares a la espera de un acuerdo definitivo. Sin embargo, las cuestiones m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnicas, incluido el uranio ya enriquecido y el derecho de Teher\u00e1n a enriquecer uranio en su territorio, se dejar\u00e1n para futuras negociaciones.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A diferencia de las negociaciones que tuvieron lugar antes del 28 de febrero, Washington ya no aborda, al menos por el momento, ni la cuesti\u00f3n del programa bal\u00edstico iran\u00ed ni la de su apoyo a los grupos armados de la regi\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, Donald Trump no mencion\u00f3 el fin de la guerra librada por Israel en el L\u00edbano y declar\u00f3 que el acuerdo garantizar\u00eda que el estrecho de Ormuz quedara \u00abdefinitivamente libre de peajes\u00bb, mientras que la agencia de noticias iran\u00ed <em>Fars<\/em> afirm\u00f3, el lunes 15 de junio, que Teher\u00e1n s\u00f3lo aceptar\u00eda el paso de los buques sin coste alguno durante 60 d\u00edas, a\u00f1adiendo: \u00abEsto significa que Estados Unidos ha aceptado el principio del cobro de un peaje y se ha conformado con obtener una exenci\u00f3n de 60 d\u00edas por parte de Ir\u00e1n\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-102472' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/06\/15\/acuerdo-iran-beneficiaria-teheran\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-102472' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/t.me\/farsna\/442263&quot;&gt;Publicaci\u00f3n de &lt;em&gt;Fars&lt;\/em&gt; en Telegram&lt;\/a&gt;, 15 de junio de 2026.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tampoco hay claridad sobre los incentivos econ\u00f3micos ofrecidos por Washington.
