{"id":101555,"date":"2026-06-07T06:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-07T04:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=101555"},"modified":"2026-06-07T00:20:47","modified_gmt":"2026-06-06T22:20:47","slug":"elecciones-en-armenia-hacia-un-tercer-mandato-para-pachinian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/06\/07\/elecciones-en-armenia-hacia-un-tercer-mandato-para-pachinian\/","title":{"rendered":"Elecciones en Armenia: \u00bfhacia un tercer mandato de Pachinian?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el poder desde la revoluci\u00f3n de 2018, el primer ministro Nikol Pashinyan lidera las encuestas, pero se enfrenta por primera vez a unas elecciones en las que debe defender su balance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Su partido, el Contrato Civil, defiende la estabilidad institucional, la lucha contra las redes olig\u00e1rquicas, el desarrollo de las infraestructuras y un crecimiento econ\u00f3mico relativamente sostenido, dentro de una perspectiva proeuropea.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin embargo, su mandato se ha visto marcado por dos acontecimientos: la derrota de 2020 frente a Azerbaiy\u00e1n y la p\u00e9rdida del Nagorno-Karabaj armenio en 2023, a lo que sigui\u00f3 la llegada de m\u00e1s de 100.000 refugiados al pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/oP0zz\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Su<strong> <\/strong>rival hist\u00f3rico es Robert Kotcharian, expresidente de la Rep\u00fablica entre 1998 y 2008 y l\u00edder de la Alianza Armenia. Antiguo l\u00edder de Nagorno-Karabaj durante la primera guerra de los a\u00f1os noventa, se le asocia con un poderoso sistema olig\u00e1rquico, as\u00ed como con los actos de violencia postelectorales de 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pero hoy el propio Kotcharian se enfrenta a la competencia de \u00abArmenia Fuerte\u00bb, un partido liderado por el mil millonario ruso-armenio Samvel Karapetian.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antiguo subcontratista de Gazprom y partidario de un acercamiento a Rusia, se ha consolidado como una figura de la oposici\u00f3n tras la p\u00e9rdida de Nagorno-Karabaj.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detenido en junio de 2025 tras ser acusado de incitar al derrocamiento del Gobierno, sigue siendo una de las figuras m\u00e1s controvertidas de la campa\u00f1a.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los opositores a Pashinyan le reprochan <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/08\/10\/al-firmar-un-acuerdo-de-paz-entre-armenia-y-azerbaiyan-ha-desplazado-trump-a-putin-del-caucaso-meridional\/\">su pol\u00edtica de normalizaci\u00f3n con Bak\u00fa<\/a> y su deseo de garantizar la soberan\u00eda de Armenia por la v\u00eda diplom\u00e1tica.
