Guerre et terre au temps de l\u2019IA<\/em><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019argument est simple : l\u2019ensemble des puissances contemporaines se projettent d\u00e9sormais dans un espace \u00ab sans fronti\u00e8res \u00bb. Des pulsions imp\u00e9rialistes apparemment enterr\u00e9es ressurgissent partout dans le monde, avec des succ\u00e8s in\u00e9gaux, mais une tendance commune : l\u2019imitation de Poutine et de la Russie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>70 ans exactement apr\u00e8s la conf\u00e9rence de Bandung, la question du rapport des puissances des Suds \u00e0 cet imp\u00e9rialisme territorial renaissant se pose avec une urgence particuli\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <em>retranslatio imperii <\/em>va-t-elle \u00eatre rejet\u00e9e par les pays jadis victimes de conqu\u00eates imp\u00e9riales, ou bien se r\u00e9pandre, inaugurant une \u00e9poque ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La brutalit\u00e9 de la g\u00e9opolitique imp\u00e9riale de Donald Trump va-t-elle favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles coalitions au sein des Suds ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre Bandung, BRICS et <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/10\/19\/de-quoi-le-sud-global-est-il-le-nom\/\">Sud global<\/a>, quels pourraient en \u00eatre les param\u00e8tres ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019en discuter, nous aurons le plaisir de recevoir&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/p\/delphine-alles\/\">Delphine All\u00e8s<\/a>, vice-pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (INALCO), professeure de science politique ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/p\/christophe-jaffrelot\/\">Christophe Jaffrelot<\/a>, directeur de recherches au Centre de recherches internationales (CERI) ,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/p\/philippe-le-corre\/\">Philippe Le Corre<\/a>, chercheur \u00e0 l&#8217;Asia Society Policy Institute et professeur \u00e0 l&#8217;ESSEC ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/p\/guillaume-long\/\">Guillaume Long<\/a>, Senior research fellow au Center for Economic and Political Research (CEPR), ancien ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res de l\u2019\u00c9quateur.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme tous les mardis du Grand Continent, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement est ouvert \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous, avec un certain nombre de places r\u00e9serv\u00e9es aux \u00e9tudiants et aux abonn\u00e9s.
