{"id":44872,"date":"2021-05-11T11:39:32","date_gmt":"2021-05-11T09:39:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?post_type=event&#038;p=107777"},"modified":"2021-05-11T11:39:32","modified_gmt":"2021-05-11T09:39:32","slug":"comment-relancer-leconomie","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/eventos\/comment-relancer-leconomie\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment relancer l&#8217;\u00e9conomie ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans une note pour l&#8217;action publi\u00e9e par le Groupe d&#8217;\u00e9tudes g\u00e9opolitiques, Olivier Blanchard et Jean Pisani-Ferry proposent de renforcer le plan de relance fran\u00e7ais d&#8217;un certain nombre de mesures, afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter un d\u00e9crochage d&#8217;ici \u00e0 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils proposent une augmentation du plan de 50 milliards, plus 10 milliards de fa\u00e7on contingente, de 2021 \u00e0 2023, qui correspondrait \u00e0 : abandons de cr\u00e9ances fiscales et sociales, sur une base sectorielle, et conversion de cr\u00e9ances en fonds propres ou quasi-fonds propres&nbsp;; mise en place d&#8217;un tutorat \u00e9tudiant pour \u00e9l\u00e8ves du coll\u00e8ge et du lyc\u00e9e ; transferts aux m\u00e9nages de la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure de la distribution du revenu ; possible baisse temporaire de la TVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plan de relance pr\u00e9vu actuellement est-il suffisant ?
