Depuis l\u2019invasion de l\u2019Ukraine et l\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019Europe dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/03\/18\/la-naissance-de-lecologie-de-guerre\/\">guerre \u00e9cologique<\/a> o\u00f9 la question des ressources est devenue centrale, certaines multinationales de l\u2019\u00e9nergie ont vu leur chiffres d\u2019affaires s\u2019envoler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais comment \u00e9valuer ces \u201csuperprofits\u201d ? Comment les d\u00e9finir et les quantifier ? Alors que la question des \u201csuperprofits\u201d constitue <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/10\/17\/les-greves-francaises-du-secteur-de-lenergie-setendront-elles-bientot-en-europe\/\">un \u00e9l\u00e9ment alimentant la col\u00e8re sociale en Europe<\/a>, quels sont les leviers des Etats et de l\u2019UE pour les taxer et les redistribuer ? \u00c0 qui et o\u00f9 les taxes doivent-elles s\u2019appliquer, afin de garantir leur efficacit\u00e9 ?
