{"id":44797,"date":"2021-11-28T18:52:49","date_gmt":"2021-11-28T17:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?post_type=event&#038;p=126125"},"modified":"2021-11-28T18:52:49","modified_gmt":"2021-11-28T17:52:49","slug":"la-era-de-los-revolucionarios-sin-revoluciones","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/eventos\/la-era-de-los-revolucionarios-sin-revoluciones\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfLa era de los revolucionarios sin revoluciones?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De 19 a 20h (Madrid) \u2013 De 15 a 16h (Buenos Aires) \u2013 De 12 a 13h (Ciudad de M\u00e9xico)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un art\u00edculo publicado en el GC, \u00ab&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2021\/11\/18\/la-era-de-los-revolucionarios-sin-revoluciones\/\">La era de los revolucionarios sin revoluciones<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb, Alexander Pick y Mario Pezzini intentan explicar la intensificaci\u00f3n de las protestas sociales a escala mundial y el descontento generalizado, que se manifiestan en los movimientos sociales, pero tambi\u00e9n en una desafecci\u00f3n con los modos tradicionales de compromiso pol\u00edtico y con la propia democracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para responder a este descontento, sugieren que los Estados deben poner en pr\u00e1ctica una \u00abplanificaci\u00f3n negociada\u00bb, implicando directamente a las sociedades civiles en el proceso de planificaci\u00f3n, lo que significar\u00eda tener en cuenta no s\u00f3lo las reclamaciones y quejas, sino tambi\u00e9n las propuestas e ideas positivas de las sociedades civiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la escala adecuada para responder al descontento con la globalizaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica: local, nacional, transnacional, interestatal? \u00bfHay que utilizar el Estado proteccionista como muralla o, por el contrario, fomentar el desarrollo de una sociedad transnacional, m\u00e1s capaz de absorber y limitar los choques de las transformaciones de la econom\u00eda mundial?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo deben escribirse los libros de reclamaciones de la sociedad global contempor\u00e1nea?
