L\u2019opposition men\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2023\/09\/18\/decentraliser-la-democratie-la-doctrine-rahul-gandhi\/\">Rahul Gandhi<\/a> pourrait-elle cr\u00e9er la surprise ? Quels seront les grands th\u00e8mes de la campagne ? \u00c0 partir de quelles donn\u00e9es la suivre, avec quels outils ?
