Pendant longtemps, le r\u00e9chauffement climatique n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019objet de d\u00e9bat en Europe. Ce consensus a vol\u00e9 en \u00e9clats, avec la mont\u00e9e de discours climato-sceptiques et oppos\u00e9s aux politiques de transition et de d\u00e9carbonation. Le climat devient un clivage majeur, et pas seulement pour les forces populistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sp\u00e9cialiste de la sociologie \u00e9lectorale et de l\u2019abstention, Jean-Yves Dormagen<\/a> est depuis dix-huit ans professeur de science politique \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de Montpellier. Il est aussi le pr\u00e9sident-fondateur de l\u2019institut de sondage Cluster17, un laboratoire d\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019opinion qu\u2019il a fond\u00e9 en 2022 et s\u2019est impos\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019Europe dans l\u2019\u0153il du cyclone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Alors que la guerre en Ukraine oblige l\u2019Union \u00e0 se reposer des questions fondamentales sur son influence, sa souverainet\u00e9, voire sur son existence, les Europ\u00e9ens sont appel\u00e9s aux urnes en juin. Dans une s\u00e9rie d\u2019entretiens enregistr\u00e9s en public, la journaliste Nora Hamadi interroge six penseuses et penseurs sp\u00e9cialistes de la g\u00e9opolitique du continent sur ces \u00e9lections lourdes de menaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00e9veil des \u00c9tats-puissances, retour de la guerre de haute intensit\u00e9, en Ukraine et \u00e0 Gaza, affirmation d\u2019un \u00ab Sud global \u00bb, campagne de Donald Trump aux \u00c9tats-Unis, enjeux climatiques, transition \u00e9cologique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, disruption technologique, sentiment de d\u00e9classement, crise des valeurs (hospitalit\u00e9, humanisme, \u00e9galit\u00e9)\u2026 Tous ces d\u00e9fis mettent l\u2019Europe \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve dans une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 elle traverse une polycrise : crise de sa place dans le monde, crise int\u00e9rieure avec la mont\u00e9e des populismes, crise \u00e9conomique et sociale sur fond de croissance faible, d\u2019inflation \u00e9lev\u00e9e et d\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9s grandissantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
