Desde la invasi\u00f3n de Ucrania y la entrada de Europa en una <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/03\/18\/el-nacimiento-de-la-ecologia-de-la-guerra\/\">guerra ecol\u00f3gica<\/a> en la que la cuesti\u00f3n de los recursos ha pasado a ocupar un lugar central, algunas multinacionales de la energ\u00eda han visto dispararse su volumen de negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo evaluar estos \u00absuperbeneficios\u00bb? \u00bfC\u00f3mo definirlos y cuantificarlos? Con la cuesti\u00f3n de los \u00absuperbeneficios\u00bb alimentando la ira social en Europa, \u00bfde qu\u00e9 palancas disponen los gobiernos y la Uni\u00f3n Europea para gravarlos y redistribuirlos? \u00bfA qui\u00e9n y d\u00f3nde deben aplicarse los impuestos para garantizar su eficacia? \u00bfC\u00f3mo conciliar este imperativo fiscal con un contexto internacional tenso, que combina energ\u00eda, geopol\u00edtica y clima?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un momento de crisis clim\u00e1tica, \u00bfc\u00f3mo encaja la cuesti\u00f3n de gravar los \u00absuperbeneficios\u00bb del carbono con los imperativos ecol\u00f3gicos de limitar las emisiones de CO2? \u00bfC\u00f3mo contribuye la adopci\u00f3n de medidas fiscales contra las multinacionales del petr\u00f3leo y el gas al esfuerzo global por lograr una transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica justa?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles 31 de mayo, de 19:00 a 20:00 (hora de Madrid), en el marco de los Mi\u00e9rcoles del GC, intentaremos responder a estas y otras preguntas <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/01\/31\/gravar-los-superbeneficios-de-la-guerra-en-ucrania-una-propuesta\/\">a partir de una propuesta publicada en <em>el Grand Continent<\/em><\/a> con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Luis Bauluz<\/strong>, profesor ayudante de econom\u00eda en la Universidad CUNEF y coordinador de agregados de riqueza en World Inequality Database; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Isabel Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, economista, investigadora en el Instituto KOF, especialista en temas relacionados con la desigualdad y la distribuci\u00f3n de la renta y la riqueza;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Javier Soria<\/strong>, doctorando en la Paris School of Economics, docente en Sciences Po y fellow Future Policy Lab. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La discusi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 moderada por&nbsp;<strong>Olympia Arango<\/strong> (economista, estudiante de la PSE.
