En efecto, la celebraci\u00f3n de elecciones generales el 14 de mayo hubiera podido provocar una nueva gran convulsi\u00f3n en Turqu\u00eda. \u00bfC\u00f3mo Erdogan  logr\u00f3 resistir a lo que anunciaban varias encuestas? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un 49% de los votos frente al 45% del opositor Kili\u00e7daroglu, habr\u00e1 una segunda vuelta. Pero los comicios <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/05\/13\/erdogan-o-kilicdaroglu-hacia-donde-ira-la-democracia-turca\/\">siguen planteando una serie de interrogantes<\/a> sobre la estabilidad del pa\u00eds y de la regi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como sobre el futuro de las relaciones turco-europeas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfErdogan ha hecho ya lo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil y ganar\u00e1 sin demasiada dificultad la segunda vuelta? \u00bfExiste una oposici\u00f3n real capaz de competir con el presidente saliente? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el futuro pol\u00edtico de la f\u00f3rmula autoritaria que ha instaurado? \u00bfC\u00f3mo redefinir\u00e1n, revivir\u00e1n o enterrar\u00e1n estas elecciones las relaciones de Turqu\u00eda con la Uni\u00f3n Europea? \u00bfPueden ser estas elecciones la esperanza de una salida de la crisis para Turqu\u00eda?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles 17 de mayo, de 19:00 a 20:00, en el marco de los Mi\u00e9rcoles del GC, intentaremos responder a estas y otras preguntas con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Carmen Rodr\u00edguez L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, co-directora del Taller de Estudios Internacionales Mediterr\u00e1neos, profesora en el Departamento de Estudios \u00c1rabes e Isl\u00e1mico en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Carlos Ortega S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, doctorando en Relaciones Internacionales por la Universidad de Estambul;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ilya U.
