Cette nouvelle doctrine a \u00e9t\u00e9 formul\u00e9e dans le contexte de l&#8217;adoption de la loi sur la r\u00e9duction de l&#8217;inflation (<em>Inflation Reduction Act<\/em>), dont les cons\u00e9quences potentielles ont provoqu\u00e9 une onde de choc dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment cette vision se traduira-t-elle dans la pratique ?
